Ionode electrodes are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a pro-rata period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of sensor failure during this period, the goods should be returned to your place of purchase for assessment. Goods must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem and details of purchase. Sensors used in high-temperature applications carry a limited warranty of up to 6 months from purchase date and details of purchase is required.

Under the terms of the warranty, if the product proves faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion and cost of Ionode, and returned to you within 21 working days of receipt. Under the terms of the warranty, if the product is deemed to be damaged due to improper use and is therefore not covered by the manufacturers warranty, a quote for repair or replacement can be requested. The damaged product can be returned at the owners request.

Change-of-mind returns which are new and unopened can be requested but are not guaranteed. If accepted, a re-stocking fee relevant to the purchase will apply. Custom made goods are not accepted as change-of-mind returns.

Ionode and its related entities will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by failure or misuse of any product.
