Ionode products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of sensor failure during this period, goods must be returned for assessment, at your cost, to Ionode or to your place of purchase. Goods must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem and details of purchase. Sensors used in high-temperature applications carry a limited warranty of 6 months from purchase date and details of purchase is required.

Under the terms of the warranty, if the product proves faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion and cost of Ionode, and returned to you within 21 working days of receipt. Any item replaced will carry a new 12 month warranty. Under the terms of the warranty, if the product is deemed to be damaged due to improper use and is therefore not covered by the manufacturers warranty, a quote for repair or replacement will be provided. The damaged product will be returned at the owners request.

Ionode and its related entities will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by failure or misuse of any product.
